Author says that the most important and main reason for so much underachievement and frustratio0n is simply that people do not know how to get the most out of themselves, author says people don’t know how to apply themselves for maximum performance and happiness, people are not aware of their basic operating principles and because of this unawareness they waste many hours, every year functioning far below their potential.
