This is the question which always comes up, Every individual wants to be Productive, either at work place or at home, They want to feel accomplished and satisfied before the day ends, But the problem Which majority face is how? How can they become Productive, what they must do to become productive in their work? How can they live Productive and Happy life?

1. Reward

Human body Is greatly stimulated with the idea of reward, using this knowledge to our benefits, we can greatly increase our productivity;

a) Make a list, write down three important tasks which you want to complete before a day ends, and write down priorities wise means the first important task no. 1 then go on. For example, want to read a book, then exercise, then work etc.

And write at least one task which can help you for your future goal.after writing important task

b) Set a reward for each task, for example if I finish reading a book I will go for a movie, and If I complete the second task, will go for a lunch with friends and if complete the third one will have outing with friends.

2. Delegation

It means to understand what work you can do the best and to put an extra time in to understand what you are good at so that you do not waste your extra time and efforts on things you are not good at. For example if you have to create an article, where you need proper article with good images, but you are good at writing but not taking pictures or in photography, then handle that photography work to someone who is good in taking pictures and you do the work Writing in which you are good and can give your best work. This tip works best in business, you can increase your productivity by leveraging others. Delegating also means leveraging, Giving toughest part of work to others, and focus on the work which you can do nicely, and helps you to make the most of your time and also increase productivity.

How ever you can find it difficult to let someone do your job which you was doing from a long time, but This helps you to increase your business productivity helps you to build a trustworthy relationship.

3. Do Your worst or Difficult task first

If someone asks you to eat a frog, what time you will eat it? Eating a alive frog is the worst thing you can imagine, hence It would be great if you do it early in the morning, by finishing is your entire day will be smooth and stress free, Here Frog is used as an example for hard, difficult task, Which you need to finish First compare to any other work,

Mark Twain Author of book Eat the Frog famously said the first thing you can do is eat a live frog, you can go through the rest of the day knowing the worst is behind you.

The best work habit you can create is completing you toughest task first, so that remaining day can go smoothly stress-free, if you keep your hardest work for later, then it will create anxiety, stress, and irritation in you and thus it will make you less productive. Hence do your worst task first, by worst I mean “most important” task so that you can be more productive.

4. Prioritize Your Time and Learn to say No

Most of the people Don’t Understand the importance of time, Time flies and ones it goes, it is gone Forever and you will not get the same time again. for example: if you are with your friends, and you know that you can end your conversation with your friends, because it is not so important and you have other very important thing to do, then remove yourself from that situation politely, But stop pleasing people at the cost of your own productive time,

Understand the value of time, Time is very valuable you need to Prioritize your time and your work,For example  Understand At what time you can be more productive , some can be productive in the morning, they have more energy after getting up early in the morning, or some can be more energetic and productive in the afternoon or at night, depends, so understand and properly prioritize your time. And ensure that your work gets done before helping others, you will realize that you have more time to help others without cutting your own productive time, hence Prioritizing time is very important and essential.

5. Sleep

This is the most easiest one and the most essential one too, Having a good Night sleep is very important to increase productivity, working late hours and rising early or not getting enough sleep can make you Anxious, foggy, unsure and can really ruin your productivity, Hence to be more productive and to feel energetic and fresh have at least 7 to 8 hours sleep,

And It will be great if you go to bed at same time. For example if you want to get up around 8 in the morning then at least by 11 you have to sleep, This will help you to form a positive and a good routine which will help you to increase your productivity.

6. Meditate and Keep Your Body Fit

After getting up in the morning, the very first thing most of us do is grab our cell phones and start checking social media accounts, But if we change this with meditation, It will boost our productivity. Browsing Phone Early in the morning increases Anxiety and stress level. Starting A day with meditation will help us to feel fresh, relax and peaceful,

As per studies meditation is useful for great Relaxation techniques, improves focus and also helps in increasing productivity.

Waking up early in the morning is linked with Optimism, well – being, when you feel good about yourself, you are also productive and creative.
